7th CPC PAY SCALE ESTIMATOR (Anticipated Pay Hike in 7th Pay Commission for CG Staff and Officers as on 1.1.2016)

PRE-REVISED & REVISED PAY CALCULATOR AS ON 1.1.2016

[php snippet=1]

Updated and Different Method of calculator becomes essential

“It is obvious that featuring articles only about the 7th Pay Commission alone becomes tiresome for the reader. Therefore, in order to step up the interest levels, we try to create new calculators.”

Based on the information that we had, and on the revision of pay determination followed by the 6th Pay Commission, we had come up with some approximate calculators. Feedback from the readers and users tempts us to modify and update these calculators. Now, we have designed a brand new calculator which incorporates the new feature of Multiplication Factors. It has become common even among Central Government employees to differentiate calculators as traditional and latest ones. Gone are the days when calculators were designed based on the desktop model. The current trend is to design them with the simplistic appeal of Tabs and mobile phone devices.

The new calculator can be used on all devices. On entering your Basic Pay (band Pay + Grade Pay), the screen immediately displays the expected basic pay, as per the 7th Pay Commission, and the difference between the two. If you enter your personally estimated DA hike from 01.01.2016, the screen also displays the differences between the amount as per the 6th and 7th Pay Commissions. Similarly, you will have to choose the House Rent Allowance and Travel Allowance. The calculator will display the differences between the new and old Pay Commissions. As mentioned earlier, this calculator was designed simply to remove the lethargy that has set in! Please do not take the answer displayed as the certified final amount.

The transport allowance is linked to classification of cities. Therefore, when somebody is getting 3600/- TA in 6th cpc scale is now entitled to 7200/- in 7th cpc scale. Your calculator is giving this only as 3600/-. Please correct to this extent.

7th central pay commission must settle the issue of Kendriya Vidyalaya’s primary teacher’s entry scale 44900 i,e level-7 as per the order passed on dated 13 November 2009 by GOI for the grade pay 4200 to 4600 for pre- revised scale 6500-200-10500 Otherwise it will become the matter of great grief for humanity in Independent India in KVS PRT’s life……y.k.bisen

    Kendriya Vidyalya Sangathan’s Primary teacher
In VI th central pay commission betrayed as given below
Pre revised scale 6500- 200-10500 finally fixed in pay band-2
Grade pay 4200 in pay band 9300-34800 I,e.
    6500*1.86 = 12090 and gp 4200
Total= 16290 entry scale as National Anomaly Committee also told
Govt. of India has given the same to postal, nursing, etc with
Gp 4600 entry scale 17140 but KVS PRT ONLY 13500
But kvs prts are given only 13500 as entry scale in 6th cpc
So many anomaly decision were given but no result
It means if it is with educated person like a teacher
What can we think about illiterate people of India
Who don’t know about law an order
Leaders and officers think more about themselves
Than the poor people like KV Teachers
Who can not open their mouths for their
Grievances and redressal before their officers
Even our COURTs are making delay under the pressure
    Of powerful leaders and officers
Thus KVS has dropped the future of KVS primary
Teacher along with innocent tiny taught
    Backward for complete one generation
And kvs prt is socially discriminated among their
    Community like< TGT<PGT<etc.
In 7th cpc KVS PRT is lack behind 12000 back
Than TGT in basic pay……We urge to save KVS PRT Community
Only our P.M. Shri N. Modiji can
    Protect these tiny taughts alongwith
POOR KVS PRIMARY TEACHERS*****PROVIDING *44,900 as basic entry pay
In place of 35400 in 7th cpc pay matric level-7

It is beyond the logic that the KVS & Ministry of HRD is compelling kvs primary Teachers to go for justice to COURTs like (CAT) etc. Why this so that one can deceive to others in Independent India having misuse of power and possession?

Library employees are not getting proper importance in the Central Government institutions. Senior Library Information Assistant (Graduation in any sub + BLIS + 3yrs experience) are getting (w.e.f. 1.1.2006)

    4th CPC 5th CPC 6th CPC
    1640-290 5500-9000 [PB-2]9300-34800 GP4200

whereas in the Librarians in Rly Schools (not KVs or other Instt.) with same academic background are getting (w.e.f.1.1.2006)
    4th CPC 5th CPC 6th CPC
    1640-290 5500-9000 [PB-2]9300-34800 GP4600

Assistant Library Information Officers in Central Government Institutions having Academic Background ( PG Degree + MLISC + 10 Yrs Ex. as SLIA ) are getting
    4th CPC 5th CPC 6th CPC
    1640-290 5500-9000 [PB-2]9300-34800 GP4600

There was a proposal of merging GP 4200 with GP 4600 for SLIAs and GP 4800 for ALIOs from 01.01.2006. The matter was under the consideration of the Ministry of Culture but the decision was kept in abeyance as 7th CPC started functioning to consider the pay structure of central government employees.

President of India in his speech dated 03-February-2014 while launching the National Mission on Libraries and the Government of India Scheme: “Up-gradation of Libraries providing services to the public” clarified the importance of library to the society.

Unfortunately the persons associated with the LIS profession are not getting due weightage neither by the Ministry of Culture (Parent Ministry relating of Library Affairs) nor by the members of 7th CPC.

M.Sc and Ph.D persons working in Group II in CSIR have been deprived by the suitable grades & benefits. By 6th CPC, pre-revised grade of 6500-10500 was merged and these qualified persons holding Rs6500-10500 grade were demoted by placing them in GP of Rs4600 in 6th CPC The next grade in CSIR available at that time was Rs8000-12000. After 7 years of residency period these persons are promoted to a GP4800. The question of getting pre-revised grade of Rs8000-12000 ie GP5400 will not arise since they are on the verge of superannuation now. Qaulification has no weightage in CSIR inspite of nature of work. They are engaged in R&D work and having many international publications and patents. This time will 7th CPC address this problem.
