i think above said table is not correct , because HRA at existing rate is not to be taken in revised salary from 01/01/2016 whereas same has to be taken at 01/07/16, because arrearof HRA and other allowances is not to be granted on revised pay as on 01/01/16.
Please clarify , and correct me if i am wrong.

Respected Honorable govt of India why are you giving highest amount of Rs.250000/- in 7th c pay scale what for you giving lowest amount of Rs.18000/- this is not correct. my request is in behalf of the ground work central government employees at list give a an amount of Rs.25000/- per month instead of 18000/-p.m other wise decrease the amount up to 180000/- pm instead of 250000/-. living cost is equal to every body please take necessary steps for above said request. and also please see the work struggles of Defense, Police and Paramilitary forces with different allowances they are living for country.

    thanking you

The arrears what your paying through Bank that is the salary arrears, if we would have got this during service in each month, there would not be this much Tax. Or else would have splitted into three or four installments. We would have not taxed un wantedly.please find the solution to refund the taxed amounts. Thank u.
