  2. Even though this has been a very serious topic going on nowadays but every one should have that much thought if a person retires before the actual retirement then all the future plans and family settlement plans of that particular person will be shattered. This change in retirement age won’t solve any purpose of the government as many veteran and knowledgeable officers may get retired which will indeed bring the government to a higher risk. Todays generation is not that dedicated as that of the previous one. So this proposal is really a serious and would be the most depressing step by the government. I hope Modiji will think over this on a serious note keeping in mind the hopes and aspirations of the large number of simple people who have dedicated their lives in serving the government and ultimately ending their service life getting nothing as expected from the government which would be really matter of grief.

  3. ANY CHANGE IN RULES OF EMPLOYMENT MAY BE INTRODUCED BY GOVERNMENT FOR ITS EMPLOYEES MUST BE TAKEN CARE OF EMPLOYEES LIABILITIES. SUNDDENLY ANY CHANGE MAY HARM STUDIES OF CHILDREN. MANY PEOPLE HAVE TAKEN LOANS FOR HOUSING, MARRIAGE OF DAUGHTERS AND STUDIES ALSO. HOW WILL THEY BE ABLE TO REPAY THE SAME. DO YOU THINK FROM GRATUITY OR GPF IT IS POSSIBLE. AT 53 OF AGE MANY PEOPLE HAVE AGED PARENTS WHOLLY DEPENDENT. PEOPLE HAVE PLANNED AS PER CURRENT RETIREMENT AGE IF ANY CHANGE IS TO BE DONE SAME MAY BE STARTED WEF 2020. AND FURTHER NEW RECRUITS MAY BE GIVEN RETIREMENT AGE AS 50. PEOPLE WHO HAVE 2O-30 YEARS OF SERVICE LEFT CAN READJUST THEIR PLANNING BUT NOT THOSE WHO HAVE LEFT EVEN THREE YEARS OF SERVICE AT THE LAST LEG OF THEIR CARRIER. HOPE MODIJI AND HIS GOVERNMENT WILL CONSIDER MY VIEW.

    • I WISH MODIJI WILL TURN HIS EARS TO THE COMMENTS AND SUGGESSION GIVEN BY MR. VINOD LALCHANDANI. THE EXPECTED RULE OF RETIREMENT SHOULD ONLY BE IMPLEMENTED UPON THOSE WHO ARE JOINING WEF 01.01.2020 AND ALL THE CENTRAL GOVT SERVANT SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO SERVE AS PER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON WHICH THEY HAD JOINED.

  6. It think Age should be limited to 20 Yrs, So that new Youth can take over with new force and new ideas, 33 is still very long. Or you should have test after each 10 Yrs, so that only talented persons are moved forward and rest should be dropped for push in New Blood.

  7. It is good to serve our country for 33 years and rest reamining life to serve the social work. So it is a very good idea of government to bring the idea ; 33years or 60 whichever is earlier should be implemented with immediate effect.

    • Those who did not get single promotion in their life what will do for them? And took loan for various purpose as per previous period of service condition and shown on agreement paper what will happen to them. Is that not breach of agreement with Financial Institution?
