  1. Sir, Why Govt. is changing the definition of orop ? I feel now NOKAR SAHI is creating problem but Nehru ji created Kashmir problem in 1947, at that time it was not required to go to UNO. Army is always superior and will remain. Army is a part of democracy and we respect it. Corrupt System of this country have developed a feeling since 1947 that Army is a watch dog/slave to them? they are not realizing the sentiment,s of Army, now the time has come to think about Nation, let Army to work of his duty to protect Nation from enemy at his own. With Regards.( A Veteran )

  3. 6CPC BP 7000 expected increase in DA ( July 2016) 7 % = 490
    7CPC BP 18000 ” 2% = 360

It is clear that the DA reduced to 2/3 is it true?

  5. Sir,
Thinking of the Government of India that their employees is only servant and had given the more power to the officers by ruling in pay commission that annual increment get only those who have bench mark ACR i.e. very good.

  6. DA increase from july 2016 as per 6pc approximately 7% and asper 7 cpc it may be 2 % on new basic pay.
    eg:
    6 cpc bp 7000 da increase 7% = 490
    7cpc bp become 18000 da 2% = 360
the da reduced to 2/3 , ie, rs. 130 lose

  7. If present Basic pay of a Central Govt. Employee as per 6th CPC is Rs.10,000/- then his DA on 1st July, 2016 would be Rs.700/- considering 7% DA increase as per 6th CPC calculation

After revision of pay as per 7th CPC, his basic pay would be Rs.25,700/- and his DA on 1st July, 2016 would be Rs.514/- if DA will increase by 2% as per 7th CPC calculation.

Therefore, the formula developed for DA calculation as per 7th CPC should be thoroughly checked.

    • Actual da rise iis 7.37% and 2.90% as per 6 cpc and 7 cpc respectively. As da is given on whole number therefore this annomaly. Benefit of leftover 0.9% will be seen in next da hike.

    • Your calculation of DA w.e. f. 1.7.2016 under 7th PC is incorrect. You are overlooking the fact that the central staff was given DA upto 125 % i.e.based on 12 months average of AICIPIN of 260.40 while the average was 261.41 as of 1.1.2016 ignoring the points above 125%. Since the pay under 7th CPC has fixed after including the 125 % DA only, any rise in average AICIPIN above 260.40 should be given as DA. Thus DA admissible from 1.7.2016 would be 3 %.

  8. 7th CPC DA Calculation formula is correct. It is coming 2.90 as per 7th CPC AND 7.3 as per 6th CPC. BUT if government gives only 2% in July 2016 then it will be so minimum than 6th CPC. SO GOVT SHOULD TAKE RIGHT DECISION ABOUT C G STAFF DA FROM 01. 07. 2016.

  9. why gov has formulated such DA formula which forced to get less amount as compare with older pay commission ???? why central gov is behind only centre gov. employees ??. old pay was better atleast we could get cheaper things in markets.goverment and ministers are worried only for themselves not for a comman man.

  10. As 125% DA only merged remaining of 0.75% should be taken for deciding 12 month avg then DA is 3% not 2 % as thought of by Govt.

  12. Before discussing about dearness pension, both the options for pension fixation should be allowed, as the same affects dearness pension payable considerably.

  13. This is the first time in the past 10 years, govt not declared DA till Dussara. Anti labour policies of this govt will certainly backfire. Mr Arun Jaytley only will be the reason, if the govt loose few crore votes of employees and their families

  14. As on today after running nearly 4 months from 01 July 2016, there is no any announcement made by the Government regarding increase of DA from 01 July 2016. This time what happened? Every year before Onam Festival it was a regular practice that DA was announced, however this time after Onam, Pooja holidays there is no any news regarding DA.
