Subject:- Submission of Descriptive roll alongwith PPO to PDA.
As per existing procedure Descriptive Roll is being forwarded by the respective Record Office of the pensioner along with the PPO (Pension Payment Order) to the CPPC of concern Banks/PDAs. It is informed that the Descriptive Roll has now been amended by Army Headquarter AG Branch.
2. It has been decided by the competent authority that now this amended Descriptive Roll will be used as being done earlier during payment of pension. Therefore, Record Offices are requested to approach the Army Headquarter to obtain copy of amended Descriptive Roll along with guidelines and forward the Descriptive Roll duly completed along with PPOs of JCOs/ORs to the concerned PDAs as per existing instruction in Circular No. 611 dated10.12.2018.
