    With due respect I regret to say that the Honourable Prime Minister was very kind to provide some extra benefit to the Central pensioners those who retired as Pre-06 like Defence personnel though 7th Pay Commission shown some increment formula but unfortunately it is hanging on the hands of Committee I heard. I hope Committee Members will also be kind enough to feel the feelings of all Pre-06 Pensioners/Family pensioners who are still alive even after 3rd Pay. Perhaps very old pensioners are cursing for their fate Pl excuse me for my feelings. Thank you Sir.
