For illustration, If an employees’ basic pay will be Rs.13490(after 25 years from his appointment) with Grade Pay of Rs.4200 as on Jan 2016 (in pre-revised pay scale), the actual pay and revised pay as per the suggestion of 7th Pay Commission is given below for your kind information…

    There is little disclosed .nevertheless estimator has been prepared .it is rather difficult to believe on it.

    I t is not right time either to take it as granted or to go on calculating pay and allowances and retirement benefits on hypothetical assumptions. Let us wait for two more months and then we will have an acceptable information…

    Minimum wage hike will be 4 to 4.5 times for jawans and 3 to 3.5 times for upper band.basic and grade pay will be merged. Msp will be given as percentage of basic arrived at. Ñew basic at entry level can be 30000 and 30% msp will be 39000. Msp will keep reducing as percentage from 30% for PB1 25% FOR PB2 20 % FOR PB3 AND 15% FOR PB4. PARITY RATIO WILL BE 1 TO 9 OR 10. MINIMUM PENSION CAN BE 20000 OR MORE as last pay drawn can be made as 60% instead of 50%. DON’T forget to add STAGNATION Increment of 5% .
