महोदय/महोदयां,
I am to refer to the subject cited above and to say that KVS is going to conduct Special Recruitment Drive for filling up the vacancies of PGTs, TGTs and PRTs in Kendriya Vidyalayas of North East Zone through Direct Recruitment Examination.
It is requested that the enclosed Advertisement may be published on 30th September, 2017 (Saturday) in Hindi, English and vernacular language newspapers having wide circulation for giving wide publicity to the candidates. The Advertisement may be sent to all the Vidyalayas under your region for prominent display on the notice board of the Vidyalaya for information to visitors and staff. The Advertisement may also be prominently displayed on your Regional Office notice board for information. Advertisement may also be uploaded in the websites of all Regional offices for wide publicity.
While issuing newspapers advertisements, it may be ensured that more than 50% of total payment goes to Hindi Newspapers, followed by vernacular language Newspapers & English Newspapers. Any deviation in this matter from the Rajbhasha Policy would be viewed very very seriously.

Special Recruitment Drive of Teaching posts in Kendriya Vidyalayas of North Eastern Zone to be filled up through Direct Recruitment Examination in KVS
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), henceforth mentioned as KVS, an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India invites online applications from Indian Citizens for filling up the vacancies of Teaching posts in Kendriya Vidyalayas of North Eastern Zone by direct recruitment through Special Recruitment Drive. North Eastern Zone of KVS comprises of Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura states.
Candidates are required to apply online through the KVS website www.kvsangathan.nic.in. No other means/mode of submission of applications will be accepted. The schedule of ONLINE registration is as follows:-

(1) The number of vacancies advertised may vary. They may decrease or increase.
(2) Age relaxation to the Ex-servicemen category will be given as per Govt. of India Rules.
(3) Candidates selected through this Special Recruitment Drive for North Eastern Zone will have to serve in North Eastern Zone on permanent basis till they remain PGT. However, they may apply for transfer as per transfer guidelines within the North Eastern Zone. On becoming Vice-Principal/Principal they may seek transfer on all Indian basis.
(4) KVS/CBSE shall not upload the images of OMR sheet and no challenges after uploading Answer Keys whatsoever shall be entertained from the applicants after the conduct of the Examination.
